Let’s face it: After a long day of classes or work, there is nothing better than kicking back with a beer and a plate of deep fried potato perfection. Lucky for us Coloradoans, there are several restaurants that have perfected this side dish, including:
Confession: I'm a HUGE ranch eater and love to dip my fries into the creamy perfection. At Cherry Cricket, I couldn't even bring myself to dip because it would have taken away from the delicious taste of the bare fries--they were THAT good.
