This Epic 3-Day Restaurant Road Trip In Colorado Will Make Your Mouth Explode
OK, foodies… Who’s ready to sample a variety of delicious foods from around the state? If you love trying new places (and exploring colorful Colorado), you are going to enjoy this epic 3-day restaurant road trip! Follow the map to see where you’ll be going…
We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life. Go ahead and start wherever is closest to you; in our case, it’s Denver.
Day One (Expected Travel Time: 6 hr. 27 min.)

What we recommend: Strawberry Shortcake (Biscuit smothered with sweet strawberry sauce and whipped cream) and coffee.

What we recommend: The Ridgeline (Roasted turkey, sharp cheddar, honey cured bacon, avocado, tomato, romaine lettuce, garlic mayo).

What we recommend: Grilled Duck Sausage with a nice red. (This is your last stop for the day, after all!)
That’s it for your first day! It’s time to get a good night’s rest your hotel room, RV, or tent to prepare for another big day of travel and food.
Day Two (Expected Travel Time: 7 hr. 23 min.)

What we recommend: A breakfast burrito and a double shot of espresso.

What we recommend: The Vesuvius (Margherita base, crushed red pepper, garlic, roasted red bell pepper, pepperoni, mozzarella).

What we recommend: The enchilada special with a margarita.
Bed time! Get some rest for your last day on the road.
Day Three (Expected Travel Time: 4 hr. 23 min.)

What we recommend: Wild West, Honey Berry Waffle (Featuring local "Simply Honey" and mixed berries, this homemade waffle is topped with whipped cream, and served with a side of fruit) and a Sail Away Latte.

What we recommend: Mr. Chile's Burrito (Spicy pork or sirloin grilled with chile, onions and tomatoes, wrapped in a grilled tortilla with beans, and smothered with chile).

What we recommend: Just a good, old-fashioned Park Burger!
