This Colorado Waterfront Is Officially One Of The Best River Walks In The Country
Colorado is known for its many rivers, but riverwalks? No such thing… Or is there? As it just so happens, Colorado is not only home to a riverwalk but to one of the best riverwalks in the country, and you are going to want to visit it for yourself ASAP:
Welcome to the Historic Arkansas Riverwalk, AKA the Pueblo Riverwalk!
Located in - you guessed it - Pueblo, the Pueblo Riverwalk has been rightfully dubbed "Pueblo's Happy Place," as the beautiful trail is not only surrounded by all-natural beauty (a la the Arkansas River itself) but also can't-miss attractions and events.
No matter the time of year, you are guaranteed to find something to see and do along the Riverwalk, beginning with mainstay shops and restaurants that are open year-round.
When the weather gets warmer, what could be better than a boat ride? The Pueblo Riverwalk offers just that via pedal and excursion boats, gondolas, and kayaks.
Please note: Boat season takes place May through September.
Whenever you visit, be sure to check their calendar for upcoming events, which includes everything from concerts to Christmas lights to outdoor movies and festivals.
