Picture this: It’s a sunny and warm Colorado day, and you are spending the afternoon with the people you love most, picking fresh produce with towering mesas as your backdrop… it sounds like a dream, right? Well, wake up, friend, as this can be your reality when you visit this one Colorado orchard.
Welcome to the historic Clark Family Orchard; Colorado's go-to for juicy Palisade peaches for more than six generations.
Established in the late 1800s on 20 acres, the Clark Family Orchard has grown by leaps and bounds from generation to generation, now offering other fresh produce like gorgeous cherries...
...pears...
...and crisp apples.
While produce is an assumption for most orchards, the Clark Orchard stands out, thanks to a special offering: scenic horse-drawn, agri-tourists rides!
Can you imagine riding through this? Pure perfection!
During your visit, be sure to also stop by the on-site fruit stand, which offers both freshly picked produce and an assortment of homemade jams, sauces, honey, and other merchandise.
The Clark Family Orchards is located at 3929 US Hwy 6 in Palisade and is open daily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
