We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life. While we continue to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, please take proper precautions or add them to your bucket list to see at a later date. Bikers, trail runners, and everyday hikers have sections of the trail to enjoy. Currently, Northwoods has four main trailheads but additions are being made every year!

This shared-used trail is 3.6-mile long loop near Dillon Lake. The trail is rated as moderate but is considered the most scenic path in the whole system!

The system has four main trailheads: Cedar Glades, Bull Bayou, Waterworks, and Pullman. These contain 26 miles of trail! Some of these portions, especially in Cedar Glade Park are simply magical.

These are focused around Bethel Lake, in the center of the trail system. These two trails can easily be taken together for a breezy 1.5-mile hike.

There's gorgeous photo-worthy spots all over the woods, like the waterfall at Bethel Lake! Northwoods is certainly a treasure that's worth keeping pristine, so be sure to follow all of the Leave No Trace principles.

Bikers of all skill levels can find a place to challenge themselves in the woods! The Northwoods features Green, Blue and Black single track, multi-track, flow trails, jump lines and a Lucky 13 expert section.
