It Doesn’t Get Much Creepier Than This Abandoned Underground Nightclub Hidden in Arkansas
Music, singing, dancing, laughing, and more, once filled the crevices of this century-old cave. Wonderland Cave was as wonderful as it sounded. It was a nightclub for social gatherings that brought joy to all those who attended. There were lights, glitz, and glamor all around. But today, only a creepy, dark cavern remains from this abandoned nightclub in Arkansas, and we’ll explore what’s left of it.

This enchanting club was built by Clarence Andrew Linebarger, a successful businessman after he witnessed an underground nightclub in Paris.

The vaulted chamber and the huge dance floor made this venue the perfect place to dance the night away.

The club operated successfully for decades and after prohibition, it became a winery, and later a nuclear bunker during the Cold Wars.

Today, nature has reclaimed the area, and it doesn’t get much creepier than this abandoned nightclub.

Because the cave has been closed for so many years, you can only imagine what creepy crawlies are lurking inside.

Thankfully, the cave has changed many hands over the years and might not remain abandoned for much longer. There are plans to turn it into an adventure park, but those plans have not yet materialized.
