The Garvan Woodland Gardens Tour In Arkansas Is A Classic Fall Tradition
Fall may just be the best time to enjoy Arkansas. Between our scenic drives and stunning waterfall hikes, there isn’t a corner of the state that misses out on the beautiful season change. One fall tradition many Arkansans enjoy is a trip to Garvan Woodland Gardens in Hot Springs. A million mums and fantastic fall foliage make this the best time of year to visit Garvan Woodland Gardens!
We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life. While we continue to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, please take proper precautions or add them to your bucket list to see at a later date. If you know of a local business that could use some extra support during these times, please nominate them here: onlyinyourstate.com/nominate

The Gardens ought to be visited at least four times a year to see the dramatic seasonal changes! However, many visitors make it a point to at least tour once during fall.

The gardens already feel like a fairytale any day of year. But, with the added fall colors, it feels like you're walking through a painting!

What looks like a million mums make any tour a kaleidoscope of color! The mums are on view from the end of September through November.

The photo opportunities are nearly endless! Throughout your tour you'll discover features like the giant cornucopia or even train decorated for the season.

See how the fairies celebrate fall by visiting their village in the center of Garvan Woodland Gardens. You may spot a tiny pumpkin or two!

From the tiny details of the fairy gardens to sweeping views of the gardens below, there isn't a perspective we don't love at Garvan! The Bob and Sunny Evans Tree House is one of the most recent additions to the gardens. The "floating" structure was officially open within the Evans Children’s Adventure Garden in 2018.
