Most resorts ruin the natural landscape, but not Longbow Resort. Instead, the resort preserves the surroundings by incorporating the scenery into the cabins.

Each of the resort’s four cabins features unique natural elements.

And in the case of Longbow Cabin, one of those “natural elements” is a waterfall!

The spring-fed waterfall, which lies right outside the cabin’s back door, plunges 30 feet into a natural pool that’s perfect for a refreshing dip.

Though splashing around underneath the waterfall is the best way to enjoy it, it’s not the only way.

Guests can take in the fall from the large picture window inside the cabin or from the cliff-hanging patio, which boasts seating as well as a hammock.

The cabin’s unique features don’t end with the waterfall, though. It’s also got an 18-foot sheer cliff wall inside!

Of course, the cabin’s got all the typical amenities, too. The first floor of the custom-built 2-story cabin features a roomy living area, modern kitchen, and slate bathroom. Upstairs, there’s a bedroom loft (with a queen-size bed).
