Managed by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission, this sanctuary serves as an educational space as well as an outdoor playground.

Inside the sanctuary you'll find scenic trails that are perfect for hiking, birdwatching, and more.
Along the trails and throughout the ecosystem, you'll witness a plethora of gorgeous wildflowers native to the area, making this habitat a dream come true for nature lovers.

There are monarch butterfly larvae scattered all throughout the gardens and wildflower fields.

And you'll find lots of these baby caterpillars munching on their favorite treat, the Milkweeds.

They include the Falcate Orangetip butterfly as well as this pretty little Juniper Hairstreak butterfly that was spotted along the trail.
