Light Up The Night At Arkansas’ Insanely Fun Illuminated Wonderland
Bentonville’s Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art is a fantastic visit any time of the year, but there’s one night no Arkansan should miss. The museum is hosting its 6th annual Light Night in less than a month. Make plans to attend this family-friendly nighttime festival. Let’s break out the glow sticks and see what all will be happening at this year’s illuminated wonderland.
We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life. While we continue to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, please take proper precautions or add them to your bucket list to see at a later date. If you know of a local business that could use some extra support during these times, please nominate them here: onlyinyourstate.com/nominate

The annual festival will take place September 1st, 2018 around the Leo Villareal’s Buckyball.

The pre-show glow ride will be from Bike Rack to Crystal Bridges and start at 7:30 p.m. Be sure to dress up! The best decorated LED bike and costume will be awarded free tickets to the museum's Art Night Out.

To get a taste of Kishi Bashi's electronic pop grooves, listen to this music video. Vanimal Kingdom will be performing the opening set.

Walk through the mesmerizing pop-up art installations sponsored by Eureka Springs' music festival.

Watch fire dancers, create your own glow art, and listen to the wacky sound-spectacle parade (an orchestrated parade featuring local marching bands, bicyclists, and a car horn choir). Food trucks and a cash bar will also be available.

Dressing up is encouraged. There will also be a black-light graffiti wall to tag.

All ages are welcome to the Light Night Party. The party will be from 8 to 11 p.m. on Saturday, September 1.
