An island resort may not be the first thing that comes to mind when planning an Arkansas vacation but the state park at Lake DeGray is just that. Let’s head towards Bismarck and see what adventures await at DeGray Lake Resort State Park.

It's the only resort state park in Arkansas. It's located at 2027 State Park Entrance Road in Bismarck.

There are 113 campsites throughout the area so you can get your favorite type of spot no matter if that's lakeside or secluded in the woodlands.

All three yurt sites have a great view of the lake.

All 96 rooms come with standard amenities like WiFi and satellite-programmed flat screen TVs. The lodge also has a gift shop, heated swimming pool, sand volleyball court, and playground.

Take a park interpreter guided hike or enjoy any of the six trails on your own time. Guided horseback rides are also available.

This 18-hole championship public course is spread out over 6,900 yds. You can also tune up your skills at the park's driving range.

Bring your own discs or use the loaner sets available in the visitor center.
