You’ll Fall Into A Different World At This Spectacular Holiday Garden In Arkansas
One of the most beloved Arkansas traditions for the holidays is a visit to the Garvan Woodland Gardens. The decked out gardens are simply magical this time of year. Let’s pretend we’ve reached another world as we stroll through the illuminated gardens.
The ethereal lights of the Garvan Woodland Gardens are on display for the holiday season.
For 16 years, the Holiday Lights at the Gardens have been dazzling Arkansans. The lights will be on between Nov. 17th - Dec. 31st, 2018 from 5 - 9 pm. They're located at 550 Arkridge Rd., Hot Springs, AR 71913.
The lights are dazzling even before the sun sets.
The soft glowing trees and patches of light make the transition of worlds a subtle one.
All of a sudden you'll realize you've entered into a different world.
A festive world filled with holiday cheer and a bit of magic.
The garden is so magical that they even have flowers in the dead of winter.
They may not quite have the aroma of the tulips in springtime but the field of giant flowers and butterflies are still a sight to see.
All sorts of mythical creatures like to roam the gardens.
You may catch the sea serpent in the koi pond or even a snazzy Sasquatch.
Even the classic touches throughout the Magnolia Room will fill you with a sense of wonder.
The room features over forty Department 56 village pieces. The displays set up around a massive Christmas tree will include an eggnog pub, reindeer flight school, and elf spa (this is Hot Springs after all).
Everyone needs to experience the beauty of the gardens this season.
Adults are $15 and children ages 4-12 are $5. For more information, visit the Garvan Woodland Gardens’ website
