The main restaurant row in Fayetteville has held dozens of different eateries but Emelia's Kitchen is one of the longest lasting options on the block! Kevork (fondly known as George) and Sara Ouyoumjian opened the restaurant as a newlywed endeavor in 2004.
The namesake of the Kitchen, Emelia Ouyoumjian, was the inspiration for the flavors and theme of the restaurant.
