Patients who were surveyed at this hospital did not feel as though they experienced a superior level of care; only 59% would definitely recommend this hospital to others. The facility received 3 out of 5 stars when it came to overall patient experience.
Mercy Hospital Northwest Arkansas in Rogers received a Smart Score of 79 based on Healthgrove.com's compilation of rankings. This acute care facility has a very high rate of patient satisfaction; of the patients surveyed, 81% indicated that they would definitely recommend this hospital to others.
