Arizona’s Mt. Lemmon Ski Valley Is The Southernmost Ski Destination In The U.S.

You’ve heard of the Arizona Snowbowl, but did you know you can go skiing in Arizona much further south? Just north of Tucson, Mt. Lemmon Ski Valley is the southernmost ski destination in the continental U.S. Trade the Saguaros for snow and enjoy a winter adventure like no other!

The slopes and restaurant are open from 10:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday, and 9 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. on weekends (conditions permitting.) Road closures on and near the mountain are commonplace in the winter, especially after periods of heavy snowfall.
