This Tiny Shop In Arizona Serves A Sausage Sandwich To Die For
Arizona may not be known for sausage sandwiches, but it might as well be with how delicious this Tucson restaurant makes ’em. Sausage Deli is an unassuming, family-owned eatery that serves the best Italian sausage sub you’ll ever have.

It has only changed ownership once, and the consistency that comes along with family tradition is definitely reflected in the food.

Mild Italian sausage, sautéed onions, green bell peppers, and your choice of cheese are piled onto a roll or sub and grilled to perfection.

All these flavors were just born to intertwine.

And this isn't even enough for one day - that's how popular Sausage Deli is.

Consisting of genoa salami, pastrami, provolone, lettuce, tomato, bell pepper, onions, pepperoncini peppers, oregano, and Italian dressing, this behemoth is one of the deli's most popular cold sandwiches.

This guy is like a Reuben without the rye, loaded up with all the usual suspects (roast beef, pastrami, Swiss cheese, mustard, horseradish, and sauerkraut). Alternatively, you can build your own custom creation from a vast array of meats, bread, condiments, and cheeses.

Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday-Saturday.
