Over 3,000 Ancient Petroglyphs Line The Walls Of Rock Art Ranch In Arizona
Petroglyphs can be found all across Arizona, but it’s rare to find so many in one place. Rock Art Ranch in Holbrook boasts over 3,000 ancient cave drawings, and most of them are surprisingly well-preserved.

Everyone from hunting and gathering groups to both semi-nomadic and sedentary farmers passed through at some point in time.

Among the images you'll see are people, animals, and a variety of symbols.

Most ages and skill levels can enjoy the stroll, as it doesn't involve a lot of steep inclines or other difficult attributes.


Ranch owner Brantley Baird regularly brings in renowned archaeologists who help excavate and interpret the relics.
