Nothing turns a frown upside down quite like a bright yellow sunflower, and Arizona’s Mortimer Farms has over 100,000 of them! The small-town family farm hosts a yearly Sunflower Festival in late summer and early fall, featuring endless u-pick sunflower fields and tons more activities for the whole family. You can’t miss it!
Tucked away in the small Arizona town of Dewey, Mortimer Farms is a year-round destination for seasonal produce and wholesome family fun.
Other crops ready for harvest include okra, tomatoes, bell peppers, fresh herbs, and a variety of other fruits and vegetables.
Mortimer Farms' fall festival, the Pumpkin Fest & Corn Maze, kicks off on September 10, so guests will enjoy two events for the price of one from the 10th - 19th.
90% of the attractions are including in the price of admission, so the festival is both fun and easy on the wallet.
The Sunflower Festival runs from September 10 – September 19, and the Pumpkin Fest & Corn Maze will be held September 24 – September 26 and October 1 – October 31 (the September dates are considered a “soft opening”). Visit the Mortimer Farms website or Facebook page for more information about hours and ticket prices, as both vary.
