This Easy, One-Mile Trail Leads To Grand Falls, One Of Arizona’s Most Underrated Waterfalls

Not all of Arizona’s waterfalls require strenuous hikes or paddling trips to behold. Grand Falls, located in Leupp on the Navajo Nation, is just a brief walk from the parking area. It’s definitely a bucket-list-worthy adventure!

We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life as we all practice social and physical distancing. While we’re continuing to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, we don’t expect or encourage you to go check them out immediately. We believe that supporting local attractions is important now more than ever and we hope our articles inspire your future adventures! And on that note, please nominate your favorite local business that could use some love right now: https://www.onlyinyourstate.com/nominate/

Please note: Grand Falls is currently closed. Visit the AllTrails page for updates — you’ll need a permit from the Navajo Nation to visit once it reopens.

Have you ever visited Grand Falls? If so, we’d love to hear all about your experience! Let us know, and check out our previous article to learn more about this magical place: Arizona’s Chocolate Waterfall Is Truly A Sight To See Before It’s Gone.
