Not only does this hike lead to old mining ruins and ancient petroglyphs, but it’s also short and easy. Take this Arizona ghost town hike for an adventure you won’t soon forget.
Located just off the Arizona Veterans Highway near Crown King, Richinbar Mine & Pueblo Trail is an easy, 2.3-mile hike within the Agua Fria National Monument.
The colors are simply out of this world, and we can't imagine a better way to start or end the day.
Some people say the hardest part of this hike is getting there. Just keep an eye out for the windmill – the entrance is right before it. Also, avoid the trail after rain, as the dirt road can get quite muddy. Click here to learn more.
