When is the last time you did some exploring in Arizona’s vast network of forests? If it’s been a while, you should definitely make plans to check out the Midgely Bridge Trail in the near future. Connecting two towering canyon walls in the middle of the Coconino National Forest, this short hike offers unforgettable views.

If you've ever spent time in the Oak Creek Vista area of the Coconino National Forest, chances are you've seen the Midgely Bridge.

This bridge to nowhere stretches across two towering canyon walls, and there's a hiking trail that offers unparalleled views of the structure and surrounding landscape.
Clocking in at just over a mile round-trip, the Midgely Bridge Trail is a moderately challenging hike that takes you over the creek, through the woods, and to the bridge itself.
