Spend The Night In Arizona’s Most Majestic Castle For An Unforgettable Experience
Looking to for a royal treatment during your next overnight stay in Arizona? You may not be a member of the Royal Family but you can still enjoy a night in a castle…right here in Arizona!
During these uncertain times, please keep safety in mind and consider adding destinations to your bucket list to visit at a later date.
Welcome to Mollohan Castle, a unique little spot sitting in Tucson within view of Tucson Mountain Park. It was built as a private residence back in the 1980s before becoming a bed and breakfast within recent years.
When you first arrive at the castle, you’ll walk across a draw bridge, through an iron gate, and right up to a heavy wooden door. Talk about a majestic experience!
The clerestory is one of the most unique aspects of the castle. This area serves as one of the bedrooms and has some spectacular views!
This is what you’ll see when you look through the windows, one stunning view of Tucson and its mountains both day and night.
The interior is a bit surreal and bizarre. The common areas look like an average home surrounded by "stone" walls and floors.
But you’ll also find some sights like this:
This medieval dungeon looks pretty strange, don’t you think?
Not everything is so strange! The accommodations look just like you’d expect a royal bedroom of centuries past to look like—with the exception of modern plumbing, electricity, and Wi-Fi!
The bed and breakfast has four bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests.
Mollohan Castle is located at 1939 West Mollohan Drive in Tucson. You can find details about the castle and how to book a stay by visiting their
Facebook page or AirBnB page.
