Anyone that lives in Alaska will tell you that living in the mighty last frontier is all about having a very particular quality of life. Sure, we have to sacrifice convenience to many of the nation’s attractions, being in close proximity to family members and the capability to have a reasonably low cost of living. But for us, it’s all worth it. Just one look at the mountains or one deep breath of Alaska’s fresh air and we are hooked. It’s a different way of life up here that outsiders don’t understand. We can try to fully put the magic into words but don’t be surprised if we’re caught speechless along the way.
