Humdingers Gourmet Pizza Co. in Palmer, Alaska, serves up fresh and unique pizza flavors that will have you coming back for more!
It opened in 2011, and won awards for Best Pizza In The Mat-Su Valley from 2014 through 2017. They specialize in wood-fired, thin, and crispy pizzas!
Every pizza crust is hand-rolled, par baked, and is finished crispy and delicious! They make all of their dough in small batches so that it is always fresh.

You can buy pizzas to go from them that are prepared, but uncooked. You just need to throw it the oven! It’s a perfect option for those with a very busy day.
That must be why they pizza is so sought after, they even offer catering! They’ve catered weddings, birthday parties, and special events.
They also make incredible salads with tasty house made dressing. You can also find fun appetizers and delicious handmade desserts, as well.
They even sometimes offer specialty dessert pizzas, like an apple Danish pizza with apple filling, cinnamon and sugar, homemade streusel, and cream cheese drizzle. And don’t forget to grab one of their gluten free muffins for breakfast tomorrow!
