Short but steep, this trail is rated as moderately difficult. It's a 3.3 mile loop that brings you to the very top of Flattop Mountain.
The first bit of the trail is more gentle, as you climb up Blueberry Hill.

This is a lot of packed earth in a well groomed trail. The views are still beautiful from Blueberry Hill if you decide not to continue to the top!
The elevation gain is a thigh burning 1,350 feet.

During the steepest sections you will find primitive steps to help you on your ascent. Until the very end, where you will have to go through a rocky scramble. This is easy to do in the summer with all of the sunshine, but be careful if you're in darkness or it's a very rainy or foggy day.
