This Beautiful Beach Road In Alaska Is Picture Perfect For A Summer Cruise
The Kalifornsky Beach Road is a lovely place to spend a summer day. Head to the south from Anchorage and take the Sterling Highway to Kalifornsky Beach Road. You will cruise along the shore and take in the strikingly beautiful mountains, the fresh air of the Cook Inlet and birds of many kinds. You can stop along the beach or just wind your way down the coast of the Kenai Peninsula. The Kalifornsky Beach Road is a lovely place to take a summer cruise.
On the Kenai Peninsula, take the Sterling Highway south to milepost 96.1. The Kalifornsky Beach Road runs from there along the shores of the Cook Inlet for 17 miles.
