This fantastic coffee shop specializes in single estate varietal beans, where the coffee bean is tasted and approved before being roasted.
The beans are almost always organic, and if they're not, it's because they are beans grown in the wild. The owner and Alaska Master Roaster, Michael Gesser, spent ten years in Kenya and has visited every coffee-producing country on the planet. He has a passion for great coffee, and it shows!
Many blends of their coffee have been positively reviewed, including one of their newest blends Ethiopian Yirgacheffe.
This coffee was given a score of 94 points from Kenneth Davids, a reviewer of coffee from the San Fransisco Bay Area. They also recently featured the Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee. This coffee is so rare and coveted it retails at $75.00 a pound!
They also offer free coffee tastings periodically throughout the year.
They select coffee from different regions around the world and prepare each one for you to taste. You will have the opportunity to try them side by side to experience their similarities and differences.

There are both sweet and savory pastries on offering, and it's hard to choose between the two! So don't, and order one of each. Try their macarons, cupcakes, cookies, or pastas, hot and warming soups, and more!
They also offer amazing wood-fired pizza, in dozens of unique flavors.
You can order a basic pizza with only a couple of quality ingredients, like the Quattro Formaggio, or go wild and order something off of their specialty or signature menus. Try their mouth watering Kalua Pulled Pork pizza, or flavorful Champignon, which is topped with garlic infused olive oil, button mushrooms, gorgonzola, dried rosemary, and savory Italian cheeses.
This fantastic cafe is open seven days a week, so you can get freshly roasted coffee whenever the mood strikes you.
Drop in Monday through Friday any time between 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Or if you want to head over on the weekend you can find them open from 8:00 a.m. through 10:00 p.m. You can also visit one of their coffee shops all the way in Miami!
