Of all the magical places across Alabama, Santa Land, located in the town of Rogersville, is guaranteed to fill you up with holiday cheer and bring out your inner child.
Santa Land is an indoor/outdoor Christmas attraction and Santa’s official home of the South. With more than half a million dazzling lights, a variety of Christmas scenes, classic holiday music and live reindeer, Santa Land offers the ultimate Christmas experience.
After exploring the outside of Santa Land, you’ll enter the 8,000-square-foot castle. This whimsical castle has been decorated with more than 50 Christmas trees, and it’s where you can visit Santa in his work shop and Mrs. Claus in her kitchen to decorate your very own Christmas cookie.

We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life as we all practice social and physical distancing. While we’re continuing to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, we don’t expect or encourage you to go check them out immediately. We believe that supporting local attractions is important now more than ever and we hope our articles inspire your future adventures! Remember, Christmas is the season of giving. When you visit Santa Land, you’re helping the less fortunate. After all expenses are paid from the admission cost of your ticket(s), the remainder is used to help families in need have a great Christmas. So, keep this in mind as you’re deciding which attractions to visit this holiday season.
