Take A Step Back In Time With An Overnight Stay At The Historic Bear Creek Log Cabins In Alabama
Are you feeling the need for a relaxing getaway? If so, consider booking an overnight stay with Bear Creek Log Cabins. Bear Creek Log Cabins is a group of authentic hand-hewn cabins that have been reconstructed from original 1800’s American Pioneer log cabins. They’re situated on 201 acres of farmland in Fort Payne, Alabama on beautiful Lookout Mountain.
While staying at one of these cabins, you’ll get to journey back in time to a much simpler way of life that’s stress-free and very relaxing. Each cabin is decorated with beautiful antiques and includes a full kitchen, a fireplace, air conditioning, a hot tub, and so much more. There’s also a lodge on the property that’s available to rent.
During your stay, you can also hike down into Bear Creek, fish from the property’s 3-acre pond, go rock climbing, pet and feed the owners’ goats, enjoy a campfire, and simply relax in your private hot tub.
Several places are located nearby that are perfect for exploring such as DeSoto State Park, the town of Mentone, and Little River Canyon National Preserve, which adjoins the property. For additional information regarding each of these unique cabins and lodge, take a look below.
