From charming tiny towns to creepy ghost towns, we featured many of Mississippi’s best last year. Holly springs is a picturesque little town with fewer than 8,000 people, but it's got plenty in the way of charm. Bring your camera - some of the historic homes here are just gorgeous.

Ocean Springs is Mississippi's oldest town, and it's well worth a visit this year. It's full of incredible art galleries, shopping and tasty restaurants.

The quaint little town of Raymond is home to about 2,000 people, and you just might want to move there too, once you visit. You'll find tons of history here, from the railroad to a Civil War battlefield.
Cleveland has tons to offer. Stroll through the historic downtown, visit the campus of Delta State University (check out the outdoor sculpture garden!) and visit the Boo Ferriss Baseball Museum.
The ghost town of Rodney was once a vibrant, bustling little town, but it's been abandoned for years. Many of the creepy, vacant buildings still stand, rotting on their foundations, and don't even get us started about the eerie cemetery...

The town of Canton turns into a winter wonderland every December. You've got to visit this place during the Christmas season - the Historic Town Square dresses up with over 200,000 twinkle lights!
Canton also got the nod from us last year because we feel as though it's one of Mississippi's most unique towns. The majority of buildings here are on the National Register of Historic Places.
