A walk through the woods can be so therapeutic, communing with nature and getting some fresh air is just so calming. More often than not, we don’t take the time out of our day that we should to get back to woods and remind ourselves of our roots, but you can change that so easily, especially in beautiful Rhode Island! With over 100 hiking trails, there are so many options to choose from, one area that we really love is the King Benson Preserve in Saunderstown.

The King Benson Preserve trail is a three mile loop that is doable for hikers of all abilities.
