New Jerseyans are a lot of things…tough, educated, opinionated… We don’t mess around, especially when it comes to what we call our processed meats. Taylor Ham? Pork Roll? We also have pretty strong feelings about the existence of Central Jersey and whether or not it’s “down the shore.” It’s always interesting to see what outsiders think about us and the video featured today (from YouTube user Mike Jones) is sure to irritate, annoy, and perhaps anger you, though there are some parts that are hard to disagree with.
