One of our favorites is a virtually unchanged drive-in that’s been warming hearts and filling bellys since 1955.

Located in Hamden, the Glenwood Drive-In got its humble start in 1955. The family-owned business has survived six decades which is quite an accomplishment.

It has expanded a bit by increasing the size of its building and its burgers but many items have remained the same through the years. One thing that hasn't changed is the opportunity to enjoy classic drive-in food all year-round.
