Greystone Estate, located at 905 Loma Vista Drive, Beverly Hills, CA 90210, has been owned by the City of Beverly Hills since 1965.

When this masterpiece was originally built back in 1928, it cost over $4 million to build which made it the most expensive home in Beverly Hills, and all of California for that matter, at the time.
The Greystone Estate may be a popular location for special events and a well-known filming location for TV shows and movies, but it was also officially designated as a city park back in 1971.

Coming up on June 10, 2018 the interior of the Greystone Estate will be open for self-guided tours from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Although you can explore the gardens for free, there is a small fee for touring the interior of the mansion. Tickets for the tour are $15 for members and $20 for non-members.
