Considering there’s no greater pizza than New York’s, it’s relatively easy to find a great pizza joint in our state no matter what region you live in. We’ve talked about towns that are the next upcoming pizza capitals of the world and pizza bucket lists that will make you appreciate living in the Empire State, but there’s one restaurant that’s become quite well-known for pumping out dreamy pies. Recognized by the New York Times and even making appearances on Good Morning America, this small town eatery is one that you absolutely have to experience for yourself.
Secluded away in one of our favorite towns along the Hudson River, The Parlor can be found within Dobbs Ferry.
Since opening, the restaurant quickly became a popular place to grab a pizza, inviting visitors with their eye-catching decor that's made up of graffiti and other art from locals and friendly atmosphere.
Owned by a man who's come to master the art of dough making and unique pizza creations, The Parlor centers around a wood fire oven where all of the magic happens.
If you ask around you'll often hear that amazing options like their Lemon or Meatball pizzas are guaranteed to induce stomach rumbling and pure joy to anyone who tries them.
But this year more and more people came to visit The Parlor after the restaurant shared it's pizza ice cream sandwich creation with the rest of the world.
And as if that wasn't incredible enough, they also have a Doughcone that's made up of ice cream, Nutella crunch, bacon caramel popcorn and chocolate sauce too!
