We’re so lucky in Wisconsin to have so many wonderful small towns chock full of reasons to visit. Tucked along the western edge of the Dairy State in small, unassuming Onalaska is a downright delicious and amazing Mexican restaurant you’ll want to try. Manny’s Cocina is a breath of coastal Pacific air you definitely want to try.

Onalaska is a small town of about 17,000 people just north of La Crosse.

Perched on a bluff above the Black River, it's known as the Sunfish Capital of the World.

There's a large, man-made reservoir at the edge of of town that bleeds into the Mississippi River.

In this quaint little town is one of the most unexpected, delicious Mexican restaurants you'll ever have the pleasure of trying. This family-owned restaurant is making recipes of their ancestors and delighting folks who are lucky enough to find them.
