1. Shullsburg Cheese Store
They have been making cheese for over 75 years. You can taste their cheese in stores across the Midwest, but it's great to get it right at the source. 210 W Water St, Shullsburg, WI 53586.
2. Carr Valley
This provider has 8 locations. They have 100 varieties of cheese, many of which are award-winning. 1675 Lincoln Ave, Fennimore, WI 53809
3. Kraemer Wisconsin Cheese
They have been selling dairy products since the 1920s. They make great cheese spreads (13 total varieties). 1173 N 4th St, Watertown, WI 53098.
4. Cedar Valley Cheese Store

5. Beechwood Cheese Company
This is an old-fashioned cheese company. They make more than 30 special flavors. 598 County Rd A, Adell, WI 53001.
Hennings has been around since 1914. It features an on-site museum and cheese store. 20201 Point Creek Rd, Kiel, WI 53042.
7. Ron's Wisconsin Cheese
Ron's offers a variety of cheese products. Don't forget to try the cheese curds. 124 Main St, Luxemburg, WI 54217.
8. Dairy State Cheese Factory
Following in the footsteps of a grandfather who made cheese by hand in the 1940s, this cheese factory is still family owned and operated. 6860 WI-34, Rudolph, WI 54475.
9. Cady Cheese Factory and Shop
This factory produces over 50,000 pounds of cheese a day. They tend to make smaller cheeses for big flavor. 126 WI-128, Wilson, WI 54027.
10. Roth Cheese
You'll notice this one isn't included on the directions. That's because it's on wheels. Follow the food truck for samples!
