You’re Going To Love These Predictions About West Virginia’s Mild Upcoming Winter

With temperatures in the 80s and 90s this week in West Virginia, the thought of a snowy day sounds refreshing. Read more about the winter predictions here for most of the state, and here for the Eastern Panhandle, or get your own copy of the Farmer’s Almanac for more details.
