Take This Gorgeous Fall Foliage Road Trip To See West Virginia Like Never Before

It’s hard to go wrong when looking for a place in West Virginia to see the fall foliage… our whole state is covered in trees! There are some places, however, that have especially spectacular views. Here’s a road trip that you can take to see some of the best places in West Virginia to watch the leaves change color. You can use this interactive map to help plot your personal journey.

This trip will take a little over 11 hours, so you’ll want to split the driving up into two or 3 days to make sure you have enough time to see all the foliage. Some of the southern locations peak closer to mid-October, so you could also split this into a couple of different trips.
