This is the place to go for a farm to table brunch in Manchester. Thick cut local bacon, fresh variety of coffee and tea choices, gluten free options, homemade jams, real maple syrup, hollandaise sauce from scratch, house made scones, muffins etc. Not to mention huge potions! Need we say more?
3. Duo - 136 Main St, Brattleboro
The Ricota gnudi with pistachio relish (pictured) shows the unique and interesting flavor combinations you'll find at Duo. Weekend brunch here is popular and delicious. An excellent drink menu, too!

The gourmet omelets are not only delicious, but beautiful too, spilling over with the most vibrantly colored zucchini, spinach, chopped tomatoes and hot melted cheese. Just about everything here is created from the freshest ingredients expertly prepared with love & care.

You'll quickly learn why Eaton's is a local legend. From the signature maple syrup, to the crispy and flavorful home fries, to the thick cut bacon, this place is simply delicious. What's not to love about all day breakfast?
6. Maple Sugar & Vermont Spice - 45 Rt 4 E, Mendon
This rustic joint is well worth going out your way. Everything is good, the service is friendly and the rustic decor is charming. Not only do they make their own maple syrup here, they charge extra if you want the fake stuff. After all, imitation syrup is an insult to our delicious liquid gold!
7. Perry’s Main Street Eatery - 16 Main St, Poultney
You'll love this warm and welcoming place with a robust but simple, down home menu. Classic meals and friendly service no matter if you come for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or our favorite, brunch!
8. Penny Cluse Cafe - 169 Cherry St, Burlington
This casual and folksy place has been a local favorite for years and years. Enjoy the local art hanging on the walls and sunlight streaming in the windows while you indulge on gingerbread pancakes or herbed home fries with gravy. While the portions are generous, you'll likely still be a member of the clean plate club here.
9. Firebird Cafe - 163 Pearl St, Essex Junction
Mexican and breakfast foods pair well, and the Firebird knows how to do up a great brunch. Check out the Chorizo Benedict - Amazing! The pork carnitas omelette is also out of this world and the best fish tacos around.
10. Big Picture Theater and Cafe - 48 Carroll Rd, Waitsfield

11. 3 Squares Cafe - 141 Main St, Vergennes
The food here is healthy, fresh and imaginative, and the seasonings and accompaniments are surprisingly exciting. They season their home fries with Cumin and Cayanne - who would've thought of that? From breakfast to burgers, you'll love it here.
12. Kismet - 52 State St, Montpelier
This is not your typical American breakfast! The dishes range from Western European to Middle Eastern in both style and seasoning. The biscuits and gravy are simply out of this world and you will be blown away by the rich, complex flavors embedded in each of the dishes.
13. Miss Lyndonville Diner - 686 Broad St, Lyndonville
Often called the best kept secret in the NEK, Miss Lyndonville is a friendly place full of locals and delicious dishes. The breakfast dishes are superb, however if you're more of a lunch lover the triple decker club or the chicken mozzarella pita are excellent.
14. McCarthy's Restaurant - 454 Mountain Road, Rte 108, Stowe
Here is one place that definitely lives up to the hype! McCarthy's has an extensive and delectable menu, affordably priced, and REALLY good food. From omelets to club sandwiches (and everything in between), you'll love this family friendly place with its eclectic Irish decor including a daily countdown to Saint Patrick's day. The owner, Diane, is often found going from table to table greeting locals by name and chatting with visitors. Oh, and they also have a large deck for outdoor seating!
15. Sneakers Bistro - 28 Main St, Winooski
The eggs Benedict on homemade English muffins with artichoke is truly amazing, as well as the Kahlúa dipped French toast and Belgian waffles. Many consider Sneakers the best brunch in the Burlington area, raving about the cinnamon pecan swirl French toast with fruit compote with freshly made with whip cream. Yum!
16. Parson's Corner - 14 Glover Road, Barton
This converted house dishes out some of the best pancakes, buttery toast, steak and eggs and fresh hot coffee. A wonderful atmosphere, friendly service and consistently good food will keep you coming back for more.
