Since we love our locally sourced farm to table meals, it’s no surprise that Vermont serves up some of the best steak this side of Wyoming. Everyone has their own preference – from the cut to the temperature to the sauces and spices, there are so many ways to enjoy the king of all protein. While these great restaurants serve up more than just steak, we found that these are places, if you’re a beef lover, are a culinary dream.
With nicer weather on the way, plan a trip to the Church Street Marketplace in Downtown Burlington and get ready for an amazing meal. This 20-oz Prime Rib Porterhouse looks divine!

Your taste buds will explode over the Drunken Pork Chops (pictured). Twin 6-oz pork chops marinated in Makers Mark whiskey and maple syrup, grilled and finished with maple gastrique. Yum!
This is a place that knows how to serve an amazing... everything, from the flaming duck to the lobster mac and cheese, it's all out of this world. They have some of the best steaks and are cooked to perfection in this 200 year old restaurant which will transport you back in time.

The au poivre is particularly outstanding and the sides are all delicious. The most difficult part of your experience will be choosing what to order. Trust us, it's all good.
