This oddly-shaped rendition of one of our favorite breakfast foods got its start in China, but it’s taking the Lone Star State by storm. Bubble Waffle Bar in San Antonio offers waffle cones and tacos (stuffed with ice cream and toppings, of course), waffle sandwiches, and virtually any other concoction you can think of.
