Most of us absolutely adore our home state, and couldn’t imagine living elsewhere even if our lives depended on it. However, you do have to watch out for certain things when you live here, because as awesome as Texas is, you do have to keep an eye out for the following threats. We love you, Texas, but we could do without these terrifying things.
Although most people in Texas have common sense and know to evacuate when one of these bad boys makes it way toward us, some people prefer to stay behind and ride out the storm. Please don't be one of those people.
Remember, turn around, don't drown, y'all!

I think if you don't drive next to tornadoes like the person in this picture, and remain in a sturdy, enclosed structure, you should be okay.

This totally exceeds crappy...this is downright appalling, and drivers like this should just do us all a favor and get off the roads so we can drive in peace.
Texans are no strangers to snakes, but they still can be terrifying if you come across one while hiking. As long as you keep your distance and don't intentionally provoke the snake, I think it will stay in its happy place.
