The votes are in, and we’re here to let you know. 10) Nashville NashvilleDowntownHostel With the highest transient numbers in the state, we need to get these people some help. The city is booming, but the help need to explode, too. 9) Knoxville Nathan C. Fortner Watch your crime rate, Knoxville - you're making it into the top fifteen in the state. Maybe it's due to those crazy college kids? 8) Ripley Wikipedia More people in Ripley are out of work than anywhere else in the state.
