You Won’t Want To Miss This Enchanting Holiday Lights Safari In South Carolina

Yes, that over-commercialized, yet still magical time of year is upon us once again. And in addition to celebrating the real meaning behind the season, we love discovering and sharing fun and interesting ways to bring friends and family together each year in the spirit of the season. There are many towns and parks in South Carolina that celebrate the holidays with spectacular light displays… but there’s only one drive through Christmas lights safari.

The Holiday Lights Safari runs November 17 through December 31, 2017 at Hollywild Animal Park near Inman. Their address is 2325 Hampton Rd., Wellford, SC 29385. Some links on the Internet may say the park is closed, but it officially reopens on November 17th and it may take a while for the links to update so disregard Internet links that say it’s closed. Gates open at 6:00 p.m. nightly. Tickets are $6.00 for each person aged two and older (children under age two are free). If you want to add on a trip through the Enchanted Forest, then that’s an additional $10.00 per vehicle (not per person). The add-on ticket also includes some food to feed the animals in the forest. Get more details or purchase tickets in advance at this link, and on their Facebook event page.
