Heceta Head Lightstation Bed & Breakfast

There are plenty of B&B’s out there…but how many of them are in a working lighthouse?! The Heceta Head Lighthouse was built in 1894, and is still in operation to this day! The 205-foot-tall lighthouse casts the brightest light on the Oregon Coast and can be seen from 21 miles out to sea! The lighthouse and lightkeeper’s house are both listed on the National Register of Historic Places, but the cite was opened up for visitors to stay in 1995. The resort has only six rooms available (with a maximum of 15 guests at a time), so if you are looking for a quiet, but adventurous getaway, make reservations early. Bonus: guests are treated to a seven course breakfast!
