Doo-Dah Diner

This homestyle diner, located in Wichita, has been serving up a variety of breakfast and lunch classics made from scratch for the past three years.

In addition to daily specials, the menu included popular items like  crab cake benedict, gluten-free banana break french toast, a smothered breakfast burrito, chicken fried steak, and a variety of burgers and sandwiches.

The diner was opened in 2012 by Patrick and Timirie Shibley, two Witchita natives who wanted to create a casual breakfast and lunch joint in their hometown; “Chef Patrick’s culinary career has taken him to Denver, Northern California, Cinncinnati, Lawrence and Kansas City, but it didn’t take him long to realize there’s no place like home.”
