Snuggled in the quaint town of Hamburg, Adams & Bright Drugs has been a community staple since 1902.

Dr. W. Scott Adams ran the drugstore until his death in 1928 when his nephew, Dr. John H. Adams, took over. The following year, Dr. May Bright joined the drugstore.

One of the first things the new partners did was add a soda foundation to the shop.

The two front windows of Adams & Bright Drugs transform into a stage throughout the year, with Santa, Christmas trees, and snowmen delighting both guests and passers-by during the holiday season.

Stroll through the front door where you'll get a sweeping view of the soda fountain at the front of the shop and the pharmacy at the back.

Browse the artifacts on display from the more than century-old history of the pharmacy. Adams & Bright Drugs also sells gifts, old-fashioned candy, and unique greeting cards.

Chat with the pharmacist when you drop off your prescription. Then, grab a stool at the soda fountain where you can...

Indulge in an old-fashioned milkshake, a soda, or a scrumptious ice cream sundae. Or, go for a delicious root beer float.

Grab a stool at the counter at Adams & Bright Drugs Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
