Summer is the perfect time of year to experience Oregon’s beautiful Pacific Coast. Here are 7 awesome boardwalks to check out this summer:
7. Siuslaw River Port Boardwalk, Florence
When you're in the lovely seaside town of Florence, be sure to check out the Historic Old Town district where you'll find a charming boardwalk with galleries, restaurants, shops, and great views of the docks. On the weekends, the boardwalk also hosts an awesome crafts market that you won't want to miss.
6. Port of Bandon Boardwalk
Taking a walk on this wonderful boardwalk is a great way to get to know the wonderful town of Bandon. Eat fresh-caught seafood, check out some awesome sculptures, watch crabbers at work, and relax with a snack in the lovely, glass-walled picnic shelter.

The boardwalk in Coos Bay is a great place to take a stroll while taking in the wonderful views of the harbor.

This short but scenic boardwalk in Garibaldi is absolutely lovely. There are planters overflowing with flowers, a picnic area, sculptures, and great views.

The boardwalk at the Port of Brookings is home to numerous restaurants and shops, and is a great place to take a short walk and watch the fishing boats at work.

This beautiful walk along the riverfront isn't exactly the wooden-floored walkway you may imagine when you first hear the word "boardwalk", but nonetheless, this lovely walkway along the Columbia River is an amazing way to experience the beauty and uniqueness of Astoria.
