CHOW is a sustainable, community oriented restaurant in Bend that serves brunch all day, including classic breakfasts made with local ingredients as well items like D & D Ranch Buttermilk Country Fried Steak, Crab Sandwhiches, and Blackstone: cornmeal-crusted tomatoes, bacon, spinach, eggs, and béarnaise sauce.

This “New American” Portland favorite has an awesome brunch served from 9am to 2:30 PM every day, with inventive dishes like Morrocan Chicken Hash, Chocolate Potato Doughnuts, and Fried Chicken with venison gravy, an egg, and a biscuit.
7. New Deal Cafe
New Deal is a great cafe in Portland with a variety of awesome dishes like breakfast burritos, egg scrambles, pastries, and more. My personal favorites are the biscuits with mushroom gravy and the Mediteranian scramble. They also serve mimosas, Stumptown coffee, and there’s a play area for kids.

This adorable vegetarian/ vegan breakfast spot in Eugene is well loved. It’s a wonderful breakfast choice for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike.
